Registration Cancellation Conditions & Policy
A delegate may cancel their registration in accordance with the following conditions. All cancellations must be either submitted online via the customer profile page of the relevant event or sent in writing to yah@fillerdepot.com. The cancellation must be received within the specified times to qualify for a refund:
- Up to 30 days before the first day of the event: Delegates can receive a refund of 80% of the event fees. The remaining 20% will be retained as a processing fee.
- Less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the first day of the event: Delegates can receive a refund of 50% of the event fees. The remaining 50% will be retained as a processing and cancellation fee.
The organiser regrets that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the event. No refunds or other credits will be given for attempted cancellations received after this date, and the full amount of the delegate’s fees shall remain payable.
The delegate acknowledges that the refund options provided above are the sole remedy available in respect of any cancellation of the delegate’s registration, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded. Furthermore, refunds cannot be granted on the grounds of unsuccessful visa applications for the event’s host country.
Terms and Conditions for Delegates: Aesthetic Medical Summit 2024
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are applicable to all registrations for the Aesthetic Medical Summit 2024 as detailed on the registration form (the “Event”). These Terms form an agreement between the entity (referred to as “delegate”) specified on the registration form and the event organizer named on the registration form (the “Organiser”).
It is important that you read these Terms carefully, as they include critical information. By submitting your registration for the Event, you, the delegate, consent to be bound exclusively by these Terms, rejecting any other terms. Should you disagree with these Terms, the Organiser will be unable to process your registration.
Registration Details: Submitting a registration constitutes an offer to the Organiser to attend the Event, subject to the Organiser’s written approval, which may be communicated via email. A binding agreement is established once the Organiser issues a written confirmation of acceptance. If confirmation is not received within 14 days of submission, the registration will be considered accepted unless the Organiser states otherwise. The Organiser retains the right to refuse any registration at its discretion.
Payment Obligations: Delegates are required to pay the fees listed on the booking form. Complete payment must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the Event. If payment is not received by this deadline, entry to the Event may be denied or required as a condition of entry, with no refunds provided for any payments already made.
Discounts and Fee Adjustments: All discounts are applicable only at the time of initial registration and are not cumulative. Discounts for group registrations are valid only for groups of five or more, and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes. If the actual number of attendees is less than registered, the Organiser may adjust the charges accordingly.
Pricing and Taxes: Event pricing is subject to change, although changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed. All fees are quoted net of applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellations must be processed online or sent to yah@fillerdepot.com with adherence to the following schedule:
- Up to 30 days prior to the Event: 80% refund.
- Between 15 and 30 days prior to the Event: 50% refund.
- Within 15 days of the Event: No refunds will be issued, and full payment is required.
Substitutions and Modifications: Substitutions from the delegate’s organization are allowed until the start date of the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Event’s format, speakers, or content at any time without incurring liability.
Event Cancellations and Changes: The Organiser may alter the date or cancel the Event for any reason. Affected delegates will be offered either a place at a rescheduled event or a refund, less any administrative fees.
Liability and Accommodations: The Organiser disclaims liability for any losses or damages resulting from alterations to or cancellation of the Event. Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the delegate and are made at their own risk.
General Policies: Unauthorized recording and distribution at the Event are prohibited. Delegates must follow all instructions from the Organiser or the venue management. Personal information provided by delegates will be handled as per the Organiser’s privacy policy and may be shared for promotional purposes.
